How We Use Information

We use your information to provide personalized fitness recommendations, track workout progress, manage subscriptions, improve app functionality, and communicate important updates related to your account.

AI Features and Third-Party Processing

Level Up includes optional AI-powered features that help explain calisthenics exercises and answer training questions.

When you submit a question using the AI assistant, the text of your question may be securely sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to generate a response. The data is used only to generate the requested response.

Fitness Disclaimer

Level Up provides fitness and wellness guidance for educational and informational purposes only. Recommendations generated by the app, including AI-powered features, are not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using secure storage and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Account Deletion
